The experience starts when you submit an appointment request here. Your appointment request will be received by me and I will locate a date, time and service that makes the most sense for your hair needs, (check out a list of my services and pricing here). You will receive a booking confirmation and then, it's a date!
The day of, you will come meet me at my salon home in Uptown Rochester. We have tons of free parking out front, and you'll know you got the right spot when you see Bluepearl Vet Clinic. We share an entrance with them and we're the door on the left.
Once you've made your way inside, we will find a spot to sit down for a 15 minute consultation. Here, we will discuss not only details of your first visit, but also, a long-term plan to make sure all of your hair goals are met.
If you're here for a color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in my system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.
We've got wifi, cold soft drinks, hot coffee, snacks, phone chargers & more to keep you comfortable while your color processes - or just snag a magazine and catch up on the current gossip.
We will finish our service by styling, and of course, the instagram photoshoot. I will recommend at home styling care to recreate your look at home, and we will set you up for your next maintenance appointment.
